How to get Azure Policy Set Definition using Azure PowerShell.

Description:

Policy definitions describe compliance conditions and what needs to take place if a condition is met. The Get-AzPolicySetDefinition cmdlet retrieves a collection of set policy definitions or a specific set policy definition identified by name or ID.

Syntax:

Get-AzPolicySetDefinition [-Name <String>] [-ApiVersion <String>] [-Pre] [-DefaultProfile <IAzureContextContainer>] [<CommonParameters>]

Example: To list all the Azure Policy Set Definitions, use the cmdlet given below:

PS C:\> Get-AzPolicySetDefinition

To list the Azure Policy Set Definition from current subscription by name, use the cmdlet given below:

PS C:\> Get-AzPolicySetDefinition -Name 'VirtualMachinePolicySetDefinition'

To list the Azure Policy Set Definition from management group by name, use the cmdlet given below:

PS C:\> Get-AzPolicySetDefinition -Name 'VirtualMachinePolicySetDefinition' -ManagementGroupName 'Dept11'
