Get-AzProviderOperation cmdlet gives the list of operations that are provided by Azure resource providers. The listed operations can be used to create custom roles in Azure RBAC.

Syntax:

Get-AzProviderOperation [[-OperationSearchString] <String>] [-DefaultProfile <IAzureContextContainer>] [<CommonParameters>]

Example:

Get all actions for all Azure resource providers.
