Syntax:

Get-AzResourceGroupDeploymentOperation -DeploymentName <String> [-SubscriptionId <Guid>] -ResourceGroupName <String> [-ApiVersion <String>] [-Pre] [-DefaultProfile <IAzureContextContainer>] [<CommonParameters>]

Example:

Get deployment operation named "snowman" under resource group named "igloo".
