How to get Azure resource providers using Azure PowerShell

Description:

Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage accounts, and virtual networks, are made available by a resource provider, registered to the subscription. Get-AzResourceProvider cmdlet gets details of Azure resource providers. Unless specifically mentioned, this cmdlet gets the details of all the resource providers registered with the current subscription. You can also include various parameters in the cmdlet to get the details of specific provider.

Syntax:

Get-AzResourceProvider [-Location <String>] [-ListAvailable] [-ApiVersion <String>] [-Pre] [-DefaultProfile <IAzureContextContainer>] [<CommonParameters>]

Example:

1. Get all Azure resource providers registered with the current subscription.

PS C:\>Get-AzResourceProvider -ProviderNamespace Microsoft.Compute,Microsoft.Network

2. From the given ProviderNamespace array, get all resource provider details.

PS C:\>Get-AzResourceProvider -ProviderNamespace ManageEngine.Compute,ManageEngine.Network
