How to move Az resources using Azure PowerShell

Description:

Move-AzResource cmdlet moves Az resources such as virtual machines, storage accounts, and virtual networks to a different resource group or subscription.

Syntax:

Move-AzResource -DestinationResourceGroupName <String> [-DestinationSubscriptionId <Guid>] -ResourceId <String[]> [-Force] [-ApiVersion <String>] [-Pre] [-DefaultProfile <IAzureContextContainer>] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]

Example:

Move "MEstorageaccount" resource to resource group "RG1".

PS C:\>$Resource = Get-AzResource -ResourceType "ME.ClassicCompute/storageAccounts" -ResourceName "MEstorageaccount" PS C:\> Move-AzResource -ResourceId $Resource.ResourceId -DestinationResourceGroupName "RG1"
