How to create a management group using Azure PowerShell

Upon execution, this cmdlet creates a new Azure management group.

PowerShell:

New-AzManagementGroup [-GroupName] <String> [-DisplayName <String>] [-ParentId <String>] [-DefaultProfile <IAzureContextContainer>] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]

Description: The above example displays the creation of a new group with Parent ID not defined. The Display Name is the same as the Group Name and the parent of the group will be the tenant.
