How to create a resource group in Azure PowerShell

Cmdlet Description:

The cmdlet upon execution creates a resource group in Azure. A new resource group is created using just a name and location and executing the New-AzResourceGroup cmdlet. You can add a resource to an existing group using the New-AzResource cmdlet.

PowerShell:

New-AzResourceGroup [-Name] <String> [-Location] <String> [-Tag <Hashtable>] [-Force] [-ApiVersion <String>] [-Pre] [-DefaultProfile <IAzureContextContainer>] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]

Example:

PS> New-AzResourceGroup -Name TestGroup01 -Location "South India"

Description: This command creates a resource group that is empty of resources.
