How to add a deployment to an Azure group using Azure PowerShell

Cmdlet Description:

The cmdlet upon execution adds a deployment to a resource group. A resource group deployment adds a resource to a resource group using a template. It also publishes the added resources so they're available in Azure. You can add a resource without a template using the NewAz-Resource cmdlet. You can also apply custom templates by defining the TemplateFile or TemplateURI parameter. To specify values for the template parameters, specify the TemplateParameterFile parameter or the TemplateParameterObject parameter.

Example:

New-AzResourceGroupDeployment -ResourceGroupName "ContosoEngineering" -TemplateFile "D:\Azure\Templates\EngineeringSite.json" -TemplateParameterFile "D:\Azure\Templates\EngSiteParms.json" -Tag @{"key1"="value1"; "key2"="value2";}

Upon execution a new deployment is created using a custom template and a template file. The command uses the TemplateFile parameter to specify the template to be used and the TemplateParameterFile parameter to specify the file that contains parameters and parameter values.
