Event ID 4890 – The Certificate Manager Settings For Certificate Services Changed.

If the settings in the Certificate Manager tab of the CA properties dialog is modified, then event 4890 is logged. The log provides the following information:

  • Enable: Yes ("Restrict Certificate Managers" is selecetd.)
  • Enable: No ("Do not restrict certificate managers" is selected.)
