What is Accounts: Rename guest accounts setting?
This security policy setting allows you to change the default names of guest accounts on the local computer. This setting is useful if a computer is not in a physically secure location as it makes it harder for hackers to guess the guest account name and password combination for the said account.
This setting can be accessed by navigating to Local Group Policy Editor > Computer configuration > Windows Setting > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options > Accounts: Rename guest account.
