What is devices: Allow undock without having to log on setting?
This security setting determines whether a user can undock a portable device from the docking station without being logged in. If this is enabled, a user can simply press the eject button on portable device to undock the device. If this setting is disabled, a user will have to log in before gaining permission to undock the device. In locations that are not physically secure, it is recommended that this setting is disabled as an unauthorized person could easily remove the device from its docking station and access the data.
