ADManager Plus allows you to manage your Microsoft 365 (formerly known as Office 365) environment right from within its console. Besides enabling you to create new accounts for users in Microsoft 365 right at the time of creating new accounts for them in Active Directory, it also allows you to create Microsoft 365 accounts for existing AD users.
