In October 2015, a survey of 105 application engineers, application support personnel and IT managers, revealed pertinent facts about the changing trends in the application performance management space.

Here are a few of them :

• 81% of survey respondents said that they take anywhere up to 4 hours to resolve application outages.
• Almost 50% of respondents said they have the bulk of their business applications on the private cloud.
• 32% of businesses also said they first learn about most of their application issues from their end users.
