How do you identify a SAP server? Can a windows server behave like a SAP server? If SAP ERP solution is installed in the server, then it is a SAP server. Check the programs list in the server to find out if it is a SAP server.
Can Applications Manager monitor Dynamics 365?Yes, Applications Manager supports both Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 (On-Premise).
Does Applications Manager support Oracle EBS 12.1.3? Applications Manager supports R11i, R12.0 and R12.2.0. Support for version 12.1.3 is in our roadmap.
Does Applications Manager support both SAP ABAP system and SAP Java system?Applications Manager supports SAP ABAP server monitoring. SAP Java system is yet to be supported.
When it comes to End User Monitoring(EUM) , can the end user considered as anyone outside the branch, and hence anything outside the branch will need an agent? All applications accessed by users located both inside and outside your network can be monitored in EUM. They can be monitored using EUM Agent.
