Licensing - Evaluation extension

The evaluation period in Applications Manager provides users with the opportunity to assess the tool's performance and functionalities before making a final decision on its implementation. Applications Manager offers users an evaluation extension option, allowing them additional time to thoroughly evaluate the full set of features the tool offers.

Note: Please be aware that the evaluation extension option will only be available for the default ADMIN to perform.

How it works

The evaluation period in Applications Manager lasts for 30 days after which the License expiry page will be displayed.

With the evaluation extension option (Skip for now), users can now extend the evaluation period for an additional 15 days.

Note: The evaluation extension option will no longer be displayed once the user performs any of the following functions:

The user has applied a registered license, either through the UI or through the console.
The user has upgraded their tool during the Evaluation period.
The evaluation extension has already been performed by the user.
