Modifying Bulk of IT Assets State

To modify the state of IT Assets,

1. Log in to AssetExplorer application using your user name and password.

2. Click the Assets tab in the header pane. This opens the assets home page.

3. Select the IT Assets title under the Assets block. Select the specific IT Asset link. This opens the Assets list view page.

4. Select the assets to be modified of their status by enabling the check box. Click the Actions menu and select the Modify State option. This opens the Modify State pop up window.

5. Select the State from the combo box.

6. Save the changes.
