Business Hours

Business Hours settings are helpful in filtering reports based on your organization's working and non-working hours. With this option, you can scrutinize the and keep a close eye on actions that happen beyond normal working hours. To set your organization’s business hours:

1. Go to the Settings tab.
2. Navigate to Configuration → Other Configuration → Business Hours.
3. Enter the start and ending hours of your organization’s usual work schedule.
4. Select your organization's normal working Days.
5. Click Save.
