Personal Settings

Under Personal Settings, you're given options to change the default time zone, date and time format, set a password for exporting reports, and modify the product password at any point in time.

General Settings

1. Go to the Settings tab.
2. Navigate to Configuration → Other Configuration → Personal Settings → General Settings.
3. Select a Default Time Zone in GMT. This will be the set value for all instances and time-based schedules related to the product.
4. Select a suitable Date Format in whichever combination you want (consisting of date, day, month, and year attributes).
5. You can also choose to give a password for exporting reports. Users and admins will be prompted to enter the set credentials before every export operation.
6. Click Save.

Changing the password

To change your product password at any point in time:

1. Go to the Settings tab.
2. Navigate to Configuration → Other Configuration → Personal Settings → Change Password.
3. Enter the Old Password.
4. Type the new Password and confirm it.
5. Click Save.

The password policy of Exchange Reporter Plus is as follows:

Your password must:

• Not be the same as your username.
• Have a minimum length of 8 characters.
• Contain both upper and lowercase characters.
• Include at least 1 special character.
• Include at least 1 numerical character.
