• Technicians - Add technicians and assign customized roles with which they can access the product.
• Two-Factor Authentication - Secure your technician and admin logins by configuring two-factor authentication using any of the five available methods.
• License Management – Manage and unmanage Exchange mailboxes for which the product will gather data.
