Provides an overview of Server related monitoring data like Mailflow latency, POP latency, and overall server summary and relevant alerts.
To access Servers overview,
Click on Monitoring → Overview → Servers.
Select the desired Organization Name.
Select the time period.
Server Overview is further classified based on key Exchange Roles like:
Client Access Role
Identifies monitoring data based on Client access roles like IMAP, POP, Web Service and ECP Connectivity.
To view Client Access Role,
Click on Monitoring → Overview → Servers → Client Access Role.
Select the desired Organization Name.
Select the time period.
Mailbox Role
Shows mailbox related roles and monitors Mailflow Health, Replication Service health and Assistance Service health.
To view Mailbox Role,
Click on Monitoring → Overview → Servers → Mailbox Role.
Select the desired Organization Name.
Select the time period
Other Roles
In other Exchange Roles, services like HUB Role, UM Role, etc are monitored and a record of respective downtime is maintained.
To access Other Roles,
Click on Monitoring → Overview → Servers → Other Role.
Select the desired Organization Name.

CPU/Memory Usage
This dashboard view gives a quick snapshot of Exchange CPU and memory utilization.
To access the CPU/Memory Usage overview:
Click the Monitoring tab → Overview → Servers → CPU/Memory Usage
