Enrollment is the only step you have to complete before you can use ADSelfService Plus’ password self-service features.
Enrollment is a one-time process where you enter your mobile number and email address, answer security questions, or provide other details in ADSelfService Plus in order to register for self-service password management. Enrollment is mandatory if you want to reset your password or unlock your accounts using ADSelfService Plus.

Note: If your administrator has enabled force enrollment of ADSelfService Plus, you will receive a pop-up that asks you to complete the enrollment process when you log in to your machine. Your administrator might also choose to complete the enrollment process on your behalf.
