Why ADSelfService Plus?

Forgotten passwords and locked accounts have become a part of the corporate grind for most employees.

The challenge: Forgotten passwords and locked accounts

How many times have you run into the "Incorrect username or password" message while logging in to your computer? We've all faced this issue and it's a pain. Every time you forget your password, you need to call your IT service desk and wait for them to reset your password, while it costs you 30 minutes of your workday.

Wouldn't it be great if you could reset your computer password on your own, just like how you reset it for your social media, banking apps, and other online accounts?

The solution: Password self-service

ADSelfService Plus is an integrated Active Directory self-service password management and single sign-on solution for on-premises and cloud applications.

Using ADSelfService Plus, you can securely reset forgotten passwords, unlock accounts, update your contact information, and subscribe or unsubscribe from mail groups on your own. This solution also offers single sign-on capabilties that enable you to access all your enterprise applications in one click. No more password fatigue or having to enter your credentials every time you want to access an application. All you need to do is log in to the ADSelfService Plus portal and access all your enterprise accounts—all without having to enter a password.

ADSelfService Plus' Android and iOS mobile apps let you reset passwords and unlock accounts from anywhere, at any time. You can also reset passwords or unlock accounts from the login screen of your Windows, macOS, or Linux computers by using the Reset Password/Unlock Account link on the login screen.
