1. Why should I avail this offer?

The Robo Technician add-on, which is used to reset users’ Active Directory passwords, will be phased out soon from ServiceDesk Plus. ManageEngine recommends its customers who use this add-on to upgrade to ADSelfService Plus, a powerful Active Directory self-service password management solution. To make the transition easier, we are giving away a free, 1-year license to ADSelfService Plus.

2. What are the terms and conditions?

  • You'll receive a Standard Edition license to ADSelfService Plus that is valid for one year.
  • ADSelfService Plus is also licensed based on the number of users. You can avail the license for any number of users. Even if your Robo Technician add-on license is for 200 users, you can get the free ADSelfService Plus license for any number of users based on your requirement. 

3. I've a perpetual license of the Robo Technician add-on. Do I get a one year license too?

Yes, even if you own a perpetual or a multi-year license, you are eligible to a one-year, Standard Edition license of ADSelfService Plus.

4. Do I have to use the same email address that I used to purchase the Robo Technician add-on?

Yes, you must use the same email address, or at least the same domain name, that was used to purchase the Robo Technician add-on.
