    1. Where is the Job Sheet Customizer link is available?
    - Job Sheet Customizer link is available under Admin -> Billing -> Job Sheet Customizer.

    2. What are all the fields are available for the Job Sheet Template?
    - Incident
    - Technician
    - Requester
    - Account
    - Site
    - Organization
    - Service Plan Details

    3. Where will be the configured details are available?
    - Configured details are available under Request details page -> Actions -> Print Job Sheet.

    4. Is the Print Job Sheet link available for all the requests?
    - No. This link is available for only Closed / Custom status with type completed.

    5. Job Sheet Template is Account Based?
    - No. Job Sheet Template is not Account based.

    6. Incident Additional Field(s) are available as a Content variable in Job Sheet Template?
    - Yes. Incident Additional Field(s) will available in Job Sheet Template once the additional field is added.

    7. Print Job Sheet link is available for Contract billing enabled Request?
    - Yes. The link is available for both Contract billing enabled and Contract billing not enabled request(s).

    8. Is it possible to convert a billable request into Non-billable request in the Print Job Sheet page?
    - Yes. It is possible to convert a billable request into Non-billable request in the Print Job Sheet page if the the
    contract billing is enabled under particular account.

    9. Print Job Sheet link is visible for all the login?
    - No. This link will available for SDAdmin, AccountAdmin, SiteAdmin and CustomRole Technician.

    10. All the fields which are configured in Job Sheet Template are visible to all login?
    - No. Loggedin user's permitted fields only visible in Print Job Sheet page.

    11. What are all the additional fields supported in Job Sheet Template page.
    - Incident Additional Fields
    - Account Additional Fields
    - MSP Organization Additional Fields

    12. Job Sheet Template page is accessible to all the login?
    - No. Job Sheet Customizer page is accessible for only SDAdmin.

    13. Is worklogs details are available in Print Job Sheet page.
    Yes. Worklog(s) details are available in the Print Job Sheet page.

    14. What will happen if we click - Confirm JobSheet & Mark request as Non-Billable in Print Job Sheet page?
    - By clicking Confirm JobSheet & Mark request as Non-Billable, we can convert that request to Non-Billable.
    There should be a message like - This request is resolved and paid on-site. Hence it will not be considered in Billing

    15. What will happen if we convert a Request to Non-Billable?
    - Once the request is converted to Non-Billable, there should not be any deduction (Consumed units, Amounts) in bill
    generation page.

    16. Is it possible to convert a Non-Billable request into billable request again?
    - Yes. It is possible to convert a Non-Billable request into billable request again.

    17. What will happen if we convert a Request to Non-Billable for the account (Charges Per Incident)?
    - Once the request is converted to Non-Billable, there should not be any deduction (Consumed request(s) count in bill
    generation page.
