Register ServiceDesk Plus MSP

     

    Once your trial evaluation period is over, you need to apply a valid license key to continue using ServiceDesk Plus MSP. Please contact our sales team at sales@manageengine.com for a valid license key. Upon receiving the license file, you can register ServiceDesk Plus MSP.

     

    To register ServiceDesk Plus MSP,

    1. Log in to the ServiceDesk Plus MSP application using the User name and Password of an admin user.

    2. Click Help drop down menu -> select License option. The License window is opened.

    3. Click the Choose file button to locate the license file sent to you when you purchased the application.

    4. From the file chooser window, select the license file and click Apply.

    5. Click Upgrade.

    The registration of the ServiceDesk Plus MSP application is complete. You can continue using the application.
