    Add Notes


    Requesters have the right to offer suggestions (or) request modifications in the change mangement process - if they feel the change is not being implemented as they'd expected - through Notes and Technician Nofications.


    To add notes to the change requested by you,

    1. Click Add link [besides Notes option under Submission stage]

    2. Type the information you want to convey using Add Notes popup box

    3. Click Save

    4. Note you just added will appear under Notes section

    Technicians of Change Management Team will either directly respond to your queries/suggestions using the same Notes option or using Notifications.



    Note: Add Notes option will be available only under Submission section irrespective of the stage the change is currently in.
