    Notify Technicians [Change Management Team]


    Requesters have the right to offer suggestions (or) request modifications in the change mangement process - if they feel the change is not being implemented as they'd expected - through Notes and Technician Nofications.


    To send notifications to the change management team,

    1. Click Notify link [besides Notifications option under Submission stage]

    2. Type the information you want to convey

    3. Specify technician email address in To field and change management team address in CC field

    4. Click Send

    Technician concerned will get back to you as soon as possible.


    Note: Notifications option will be available only under Submission section irrespective of the stage the change is currently in.
