Configuring NAT Settings

With Remote Access Plus, you can access and troubleshoot computers that are away from your corporate network. For you to be able to connect to the roaming computers (i.e, computers with public IP), proper NAT settings should be configured. Below are the steps to configure NAT settings in Remote Access Plus server.

  1. From the Remote Access Plus web console, navigate to Admin tab ->  under Server Settings -> NAT Settings.
  2. The details of your Remote Access Plus server and the ports will be pre-filled based on your current setup.
  3. Specify the public FQDN and save.

You have now configured NAT settings in Remote Access Plus server.
