AI Summary in Applications Manager provides automated, compact and legible summaries of alarms by analyzing alert data such as severity, category, technicians, and recurring patterns to generate critical insights for well informed decision-making.
This feature is driven by an integration with secure OpenAI (ChatGPT) using the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. The PlatformAI JAR ensures that sensitive PII data, including IP addresses and email IDs, is automatically detected and masked before being shared with OpenAI.
