If you are unsure whether AV/EDR is causing the issue or need assistance, contact ManageEngine OpManager MSP Support. Provide a zip of the following for analysis:

• ProductHome/logs
• ProductHome/pgsql/data/pg_log
• Relevant Windows event logs (if any)
