Why users should enroll with ADSelfService Plus 

Enrollment is the only step users have to complete before they can use ADSelfService Plus’ password self-service features. Enrollment is a one-time process where users enter their mobile number and email address, answer security questions, or provide other details in ADSelfService Plus in order to register for self-service password management. 

Important:  It is mandatory that users enroll themselves to perform self-service password reset and account unlock using ADSelfService Plus.
To ensure a high enrollment rate, ADSelfService Plus supports:

  1. Force Enrollment using Logon Script.
  2. Send Enrollment Notification via Email/Push.
  3. Import Enrollment Data from CSV file.
  4. Import Enrollment Data from External Database.
