This section is common to all the editions of IT360 - Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition (Both the Central Server and at the Probes) and the MSP Edition (Both the Central Server and at the Probes).
Any Business Enterprise has a Proxy server to optimize its connectivity to the Internet and to filter access to restricted websites. In IT360, you need to provide the Proxy server details of your enterprise, to monitor URLs over the internet.
Go to 'Admin -> General -> Configure Proxy' [In the case of Professional and Probes] or 'Admin -> Central Settings -> Configure Proxy' [ In the case of Central Server].
Check the Disable Proxy checkbox, if you do not want to configure proxy, else leave the checkbox unchecked and proceed to configure the below details.
Enter the Server address and the Port number, in which the Web service is running on the proxy server.
Enter the UserName and Password to authenticate the proxy server.
Note: In the case of a Domain user, add a '+' symbol between the DomainName and the UserName, i.e., domainname+username, e.g., zohocorp+test-0170.
For the devices that do not require to go through a proxy, check the Bypass Proxy for Local Address checkbox and specify the Name or IP Address of the devices, as comma separated values, in the No Proxy required for selected IP Address / Host Name field.
