This section is common to all the editions of IT360 - Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition (Probes only) and MSP Edition (Probes only).
The device reports are available in the respective Device Snapshot page.
You can configure IT360 to generate reports based on a specified schedule. The generated reports can also be automatically emailed to the concerned email IDs in PDF or XLS formats.
This section explains the following:
Navigate to 'Admin -> Networks -> Schedule Reports'.
Note: You can also view the Report Scheduler page, by clicking the Reports tab and clicking Schedule under the Network Reports dropdown.
Name: Configure a name for the schedule.
Choose Report Type: You can choose to schedule either the Device specific Availability reports or the Top N Reports / All Devices reports.
Click Next.
Choose to generate the Availability Report for any of the three categories; a category of devices, devices in a Business View, or specific devices manually.
Select the period (e.g., Last 12 Hours, Yesterday, etc) for which you want to generate the reports.
- Click Next. The below page is displayed:
Select devices to generate availability report. i.e., move the required devices from the Devices Available column to the Devices Selected column. Click Next.
Now, configure the Time settings for report generation, as shown below:
Daily:
Select the Time (in hours and minutes), at which the reports must be generated every day.
Select the Report Format Type as PDF or XLS.
- Configure the Report Delivery details, i.e., enter the email ids to which the reports are to be sent as attachments [Or] enter the url where the reports can be published.
Note: If the size of the attachment exceeds 1MB, the reports will be published and the url will be sent to the specified address. Weekly:
Select the Time (in hours and minutes), at which the reports must be generated every day.
Select the Day(s) on which the reports are to be generated.
Select the Report Format Type as PDF or XLS.
Configure the Report Delivery details, i.e., enter the email ids to which the reports are to be sent as attachments [Or] enter the url where the reports can be published.
Note: If the size of the attachment exceeds 1MB, the reports will be published and the url will be sent to the specified address. Monthly:
Select the time, day, and the months for which the reports must be generated.
Select the Time (in hours and minutes), at which the reports must be generated every day.
- Select the Day to schedule report.
Select the Day(s) on which the reports are to be generated.
Select the Report Format Type as PDF or XLS.
- Configure the Report Delivery details, i.e., enter the email ids to which the reports are to be sent as attachments [Or] enter the url where the reports can be published.
Note: If the size of the attachment exceeds 1MB, the reports will be published and the url will be sent to the specified address.
Click Next.
- Confirm the schedule details, as shown in the below screenshot.
- Finally, verify all the listed details of the schedule and hit Submit.
Top N Reports: Select from Top 10/25/50/100/1000 reports.
Period: Choose the period (e.g., Last 12 Hours, Yesterday, etc) for which you want the report scheduled.
Select Report(s): Select the required resource reports to be scheduled from the textbox.
Business View Reports: Select the relevant check-box and select the business view to generate reports specific to the devices in that business view.
Click Next.
Now, configure the Time settings for report generation, as shown below:

Click Next.
- Confirm the schedule details, as shown in the below screenshot.
- Finally, verify all the listed details of the schedule and hit Submit.
Go to the Reports page, by following the steps:1-3.
- Now, in the pop- up window displayed, click the Schedule This button. A window pops up, as shown below:
Configure the various Settings (shown in the above screenshot), as required.
- Once you have configured the above settings, fill in the Timing details for either Daily, Weekly, or Monthy (shown in the below screenshot), as required. Click Submit.
From the Report Scheduler page, you can perform the below actions:
In the Report Scheduler page, click on the View Reports icon corresponding to a schedule, to view the list of generated reports for that schedule.
Once you configure the report schedules, they are listed in the Report Scheduler page. Select the required schedules and click on the Enable / Disable button at the bottom of the list, to enable or disable the schedule, respectively.
In the Report Scheduler page, click on the link of the Schedule, which you wish to modify.
In the Report Scheduler page, select the required schedules and click on the Delete button at the bottom of the list.
