As soon as you log in, you see the ManageEngine IT360 Dashboard. The Dashboard is divided into two sections - Router List and IP Group List.
The Router List shows all the devices from which NetFlow data has been received so far, along with specific details about each interface on these devices. In one view you can see the status of each interface, the number of flows received, and the volume of traffic over the past one hour. You can also generate instant reports for an interface directly.
The various icons and buttons in the Router List, and their purposes are described in the table below:
|Click on this icon, or on the router name, to view the interfaces corresponding to the router|
|Click on this icon to hide the interfaces corresponding to the router|
Click on this icon before the device name to change the display name of the device, its SNMP community string, or its SNMP port.
Click on this icon before the interface name to change the display name of the interface, or its link speed (in bps)
|Stop button||This button is displayed if the device is active, and flows are being received from at least one of its interfaces. Click this button to stop receiving flows from this device. See Note below.|
|Start button||This button is displayed if the device is inactive, and flows have been dropped from all of its interfaces. Click this button to start receiving flows again from this device.|
|This icon is displayed next to the Start button if this device is inactive|
|Click this icon to see a quick report for the respective interface. This report shows you all the details about the traffic across that interface for the past one hour.|
|Clicking the Stop button only means that ManageEngine IT360 will drop flows from this device. To stop this device from exporting NetFlow statistics, you need to work on the device directly. See Configuring NetFlow Exports for more information.|
The Interface Name column lists all the interfaces on a discovered device. Click on an interface to view the traffic details for that interface. The Status column indicates the current status of that interface.
|The link is down, and no flows are being received. This is displayed even if the device does not respond to SNMP requests.|
|The link is up, but no flows have been received for the past ten minutes.|

The IN Traffic and OUT Traffic columns show the volume of IN and OUT Traffic on the respective interfaces for the past one hour. You can click on the IN Traffic or OUT traffic bar to view the respective application traffic graph for that interface.
The IP Group List shows all the IP groups that have been created so far. Initially when no IP groups have been created, you will simply see a status message with the option to start creating IP groups.
Click the IP Group name to view traffic graphs specific to that IP group. From the traffic graph, you can navigate to see the top applications, top hosts, and top conversations in this IP group.
The IN Traffic and OUT Traffic columns show the volume of IN and OUT Traffic in an IP group over the past one hour. You can click on the IN Traffic or OUT traffic bar to view the respective application traffic graph for that IP group.
Click the icon to see a quick report for the respective IP group. This report shows you all the details about the traffic in the IP group over the past one hour.
