This section is common to all the editions of IT360 - Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition (Probes only) and MSP Edition (Probes only).
IT360 monitors these Servers and Applications, to detect such problems, before they could affect the system.
The following are the different Middleware / Portals, supported by IT360;
To create a Microsoft MQ monitor;
Go to 'Admin -> Servers & Applications' and click on New Monitor link.
Select Microsoft MQ (MSMQ), under Middleware/Portal category.
Enter the Display Name and the HostName.
Provide the monitor-specific authentication information, such as UserName and Password.
Enter the polling interval time, in minutes.
Choose the Monitor Group with which you want to associate the Microsoft MQ server to, from the combo box (optional).
Choose the Business Service from the combo box, with which you want to associate the WebLogic Integration Server Monitor (optional);
In the case of Professional Edition, it is Business Service [optional].
In the case of Enterprise Edition - Probe, it is Business Service [optional]
In the case of MSP Edition - Probe, it is Customer and Site [mandatory]
The supported version of WebLogic Integration Server is 8.x.
Important: Know the Prerequisites that are required to monitor WebLogic Integration Server.
To create a WebLogic Integration Server Monitor;
Go to 'Admin -> Servers & Applications' and click on New Monitor link.
Select WebLogic Integration.
Enter the IP Address/ Hostname of the host.
Enter the SubNetMask of the network.
Enter the Port, in which WebLogic Integration Server is running.
Choose the WebLogic Integration Version, from the available drop down (The supported version is: 8.x).
Enter the Polling interval time, in minutes.
Provide the monitor-specific authentication information, i.e. Username and Password.

Note: WebLogic Integration Server needs some additional configuration and conditions to be followed for monitoring.

Choose the Business Service from the combo box, with which you want to associate the WebLogic Integration Server Monitor;
In the case of Professional Edition, it is Business Service [optional].
In the case of Enterprise Edition - Probe, it is Business Service [optional]
Click Add Monitor(s). This discovers the WebLogic Integration server from the network and starts monitoring them.
You also have the option of importing the monitors in bulk, via csv.
Important: Know the Prerequisites that are required to monitor IBM WebSphere MQ.
To create a IBM WebSphere Monitor;
Go to 'Admin -> Servers & Applications' and click on New Monitor link.
Select IBM WebSphere MQ.
Give the Display Name.
Enter the Hostname of the host where IBM WebSphere MQ runs.
Enter the Listener Port.
Enter the ServerConnection Channel.
Set the Polling Interval.
Choose the Business Service from the combo box, with which you want to associate IBM WebSphere MQ Monitor;
In the case of Professional Edition, it is Business Service [optional].
In the case of Enterprise Edition - Probe, it is Business Service [optional]
In the case of MSP Edition - Probe, it is Customer and Site [mandatory]
To create a Office Share Point Server Monitor;
Go to 'Admin -> Servers & Applications' and click on New Monitor link.
Select MS Office SharePoint.
Give the Display Name.
Enter the Hostname of the host where Office Share Point Server runs.
Enter the Username and Password for the server.
Set the Poll interval.
Choose the Business Service from the combo box with which you want to associate MS Office SharePoint server (optional);
In the case of Professional Edition, it is Business Service [optional].
In the case of Enterprise Edition - Probe, it is Business Service [optional]
In the case of MSP Edition - Probe, it is Customer and Site [mandatory]
