Mail Servers 

Introduction:

This section is common to all the editions of IT360, as per the below constraints;

Monitored Parameters:

IT360 supports monitoring of the following Mail Servers;

  1. Exchange Server [ 2003 | 2007 | 2010 ]

  2. Mail Server

It performs the following checks, to ensure its availability, and represents the information in the form of graphs.

Exchange Server 2003:

It connects to the system, in which the Exchange Server is running, in order to check the availability of the Exchange Server. It then checks for the availability of the following services;

You can view the performance data, as attributes of the system, via reports and graphs. The following table contains the various data that are being monitored;

It connects to the system, in which the Exchange Server is running, to check the availability of the Exchange Server. It then checks for the availability of the following services;
