Associating Probes to Site

Introduction:

This section is applicable only to the MSP Edition [Central only].

Steps to Associate a Probe to a Site:

  1. Navigate to 'Admin -> Central Settings -> Customer Management'. The Customer Management list view is shown.

  2. Under the Direct Customers list view, click on Associate Probe icon, corresponding to the Customer Name, with whose Site you wish to associate the probe(s). Refer the screenshot below:

The below page is displayed:

  1. Choose the Site, with which you wish to associate the Probe, from the 'Site Name' drop down list.

  2. Check the check box corresponding to the 'Probe Name(s)', which you want to associate with the Site.

  3. Click the 'Associate' button. The Probe will be successfully associated with the selected Site and the following message is displayed:
