Deleting Customers/Sites

This section is applicable only to the MSP Edition [Central only].

Steps to Delete a Cutomer

  1. Login to IT360 - MSP Central console with the Username and Password of an Admin user.

  2. Click the Admin tab in the header pane.

  3. Click Customer / Partner under General.

  4. Under the Direct Customers list view, check the checkbox(es) against the Customer Name that you want to delete.

  5. Click the Delete Customer button. A confirmation window is displayed, click OK to confirm deletion. You would now find the Customer, along with the associated Sites and probes, deleted as a whole.

Steps to Delete a Site

  1. Login to IT360 - MSP Central console with the Username and Password of an Admin user.

  2. Click the Admin tab in the header pane.

  3. Click Customer / Partner under General.

  4. Under the Direct Customers list view, click Sites icon corresponding to the Customer Name, whose site(s) you want to delete.

The list of sites associated with the customer is displayed.

  1. Check the checkbox(es) beside the Site Name(s), which you wish to delete and click Delete Sites. A confirmation window is displayed, click OK to confirm deletion. You would now find the selected Site(s) under the Customer, deleted.
