Editing and Deleting Partners

This section is applicable only to the MSP Edition [Central only].

Steps to Edit a Partner

  1. Login to IT360 - MSP Central console with the Username and Password of an Admin user.

  2. Click the Admin tab in the header pane.

  3. Click Customer / Partner under General.

  4. From the Partners list view, click the link of the Partner Name, whose details you want to edit.
  1. In the Edit Partner screen displayed modify the required details and click Update.

Steps to Delete a Partner

  1. Login to IT360 - MSP Central console with the Username and Password of an Admin user.

  2. Click the Admin tab in the header pane.

  3. Click Customer / Partner under General.

  4. From the Partners list view, select the checkbox(es) of the Partner Name, whom you want to delete.

  5. Click the Delete Partner button.

Note: As you delete a Partner, all the Customers (including associated Sites and Probes) listed under that particular Partner are also deleted.
