This section is common to all the editions of IT360 - Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition (Central Server and Probes) and MSP Edition (Central Server and Probes).
Intuitive dashboards and detailed reports helps you determine the performance of your network in very less time. IT360 allows you to export the default reports to other file formats, such as exporting to PDF or XLS. You can also schedule the reports to be emailed or published.
This section explains the following in detail:
System: Provides a complete report on all the system related activities of all the devices. This category of reports include All Events, All Down Events, SNMP Trap Log, Performance Monitor Log, Notification Profiles Triggered, Downtime Scheduler Log, Schedule Reports Log, All Alerts and All Down Alerts, etc.
Health and Performance: Gives you a detailed report on the health and performance of all/top N devices.
Availability and Response: Gives you a detailed report on the availability and the response time of all/top N devices .
Inventory: Inventory reports are available for servers, desktops, all devices, SNMP-enabled devices and non-SNMP devices.
WAN RTT Monitors: Gives you a detailed report on RTT threshold violation, RTT trend, link availability and error statistics and Top N paths with Maximum threshold violation and RTT.
VoIP Monitors: Gives you a detailed report on the Jitter, MOS, RTT etc. history and top N call paths by Jitter, MOS, Packet loss and Latency.
My Favorites: IT360 provides the option to categorize all your important and frequently viewed reports as you favorites.

Click on a particular Report category (e.g., Health and Performance), to view all the related Report types under that category, as shown in the above screenshot.
Now, you can click on the links of the individual Report types (e.g., Health Report) to view the detailed report of that type in a pop-up window, as shown below:
From the above Health Report window (or any other Report window as selected), you can perform the below actions;
- Exporting to PDF
- Exporting to Excel
- Printer Friendly View
- Emailing the Report
