System Requirements for IT360

System requirements, for each edition of IT360, are tabulated below. Click on the below links to view system requirements of the respective edition:

Note:

1. All the editions can be installed in a VMWare environment.

2. If you plan to use the Failover option, it is recommended to use MS SQL as the backend database.

3. In the case of MS SQL, only the default instance is supported.

4. If you want to run the IT360 Batch files, and if you are using Windows Server 2008, then make sure of the following:

   • You have 'Edit' permission in IT360 folders (even if you are a user, having Administrator privilege).

   • If you do not have 'Edit' permission in IT360 folders, then right click on the Batch file (e.g. 'Backup_Mysql.bat') and click on 'Run as administrator'.
