The File Transfer Insights reports provide detailed visibility into file transfer activity across cloud services. You can review blocked upload and download attempts, identify large file transfers that may indicate bulk data movement, monitor uploads to personal cloud storage platforms, and flag transfers that occur outside business hours. You can use these reports to investigate suspicious and risky data transfer events and assess whether file movement across cloud services aligns with your organization's policies.
To navigate to these reports, follow these steps:
- Select Cloud Protection from the application drop-down.
- Go to Reports > File Transfer Insights.
- Choose a reports and select the desired time range from the Period drop-down menu.
