Steps to configure SAML SSO for Bullhorn

About Bullhorn

Bullhorn is a cloud-based platform that helps staffing and recruiting firms streamline their operations with solutions for applicant tracking, CRM, and workforce management.

The following steps will help you enable SSO for Bullhorn software from Identity360.

Prerequisites

1. The MFA and SSO license for Identity360 is required to enable SSO for enterprise applications.
2. Log in to Identity360 as an Admin, Super Admin, or Technician with a role that has Application Integration and Single Sign-on permissions.
3. Navigate to Applications > Application Integration > Create New Application, and select Bullhorn from the applications displayed.
   Note: You can also find Bullhorn from the search bar located at the top.
4. Under the General Settings tab, enter the Application Name and Description.
5. Under the Choose Capabilities tab, select the Single Sign-on check box and click Continue.

6. Under Integration Settings, navigate to the Single Sign On tab, and click IdP Details. Download the Metadata file, which will be used later during the configuration in Bullhorn.

Bullhorn (service provider) configuration steps

1. Send an email to the Bullhorn support team with the Metadata value downloaded in step 6 of the prerequisites, and request them to configure SAML for your account.
   Note: After performing the above steps, SSO must be enabled for each user. You can grant user access individually or in bulk with assistance from Bullhorn Support. Refer to this page for details.

Identity360 (identity provider) configuration steps

1. Switch to Identity360's application configuration page.
2. In the ACS URL field, paste one of the following:
   • For the Bullhorn Novo Release, paste:

     https://universal.bullhornstaffing.com/universal-login/login

   • For the S Release, paste:

     https://www.bullhornstaffing.com/BullhornStaffing/SAML/login_srel.cfm

3. In the Entity ID field, paste https://welcome.bullhornstaffing.com.
4. Enter the Relay State parameter if necessary.
   Note: Relay State is an optional parameter used with a SAML message to remember where you were or to direct you to a specific page after logging in.
5. Click Save.
