SharePoint Document Auditing

When multiple users collaborate, you need to monitor the shared resources. You should be able to determine who has viewed sensitive documents, whether they had permission to do so, how many times a particular document has been downloaded, and more. This isn't just a precaution, it's a good way to keep up with your SharePoint environment.

SharePoint auditing helps you track how your documents are being used, maintain a document history for future reference, and meet compliance regulations.

View your SharePoint data as event audit logs. You can search, sort, filter, and analyze each event to determine where it occurred, how it occurred, and who was behind it. In addition, comprehensive graphs provide summaries of each event.
