Dashboard
The Dashboard in ADSelfService Plus provides a consolidated overview of key user metrics, authentication trends, and self-service activity. It serves as the central hub for administrators to monitor user enrollment, password and account status, and feature utilization.
The information displayed in the Dashboard reflects data for the domain selected in the drop-down at the top. Select the appropriate domain to view relevant statistics.
Note: When local user MFA is enabled and localusers.domain is selected from the domain drop-down, the Dashboard adapts to show metrics specific to enrolled local users.
The Dashboard is divided into two key areas:
Summary tiles
At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll find summary tiles that display real-time counts of critical user and system metrics. These tiles give administrators a quick snapshot of the most important statistics:
- Password expiration: The number of users whose passwords have expired or are nearing expiration.
- Enrollment status: The total number of users who are not enrolled and have completed enrollment.
- License usage: The number of ADSelfService Plus licenses available and in use.
- Endpoint MFA: The number of endpoint MFA licenses available and in use.
Graphical reports:
The Dashboard displays real-time charts and metrics generated from data in the Reports tab. These charts help administrators understand user activity and feature adoption at a glance.
Note: The Dashboard is updated regularly via the Dashboard Updater, which you can configure to sync with AD as well as specific report schedulers.
User Reports: This displays a graph that focuses on the status of user accounts. The graph displays the following information on account lockouts and the password expiration of user accounts:
- Number of locked-out users
- Number of soon-to-expire user accounts
- Number of users with expired passwords
Enrollment Reports: This graph depicts the number of enrolled and non-enrolled users.
Audit Reports: This graph displays the number of self-service and authentication actions performed by users. The actions depicted in this graph are:
- Reset password
- Unlock account
- Directory self-Update
- Identity verification failures
- Change password
