Vibrant Screen Private Limited is a Chennai-based background verification company with multiple branches across India, including Bangalore.

To meet growing data protection and compliance requirements, the team wanted a unified view of security logs and events. It needed a platform that could collect, monitor, and analyze logs from different servers and systems in one console. The goal was to improve visibility, detect potential threats early, and strengthen compliance readiness.
The organization also wanted to bring all its IT operations, security, and device management under a single pane of glass. As part of this vision, Vibrant Screen was looking for a solution that could integrate easily with other ManageEngine tools like Endpoint Central.
The solution: ManageEngine Log360 Cloud
During the evaluation process, Vibrant Screen considered several options, including IBM QRadar, but ultimately chose ManageEngine Log360 Cloud for its simplicity, cloud-first design, and comprehensive monitoring capabilities.
Vibrant Screen had already moved most of its infrastructure to the cloud, so choosing a SaaS-based SIEM solution was a natural fit. The decision was also influenced by the organization’s shift in compliance certification from ISO 27001:2013 to ISO 27001:2022, which places stronger emphasis on cloud security controls.

Log360 Cloud provided a centralized console to collect and monitor logs across servers, detect threats, and ensure sensitive candidate data remained protected. It also positioned Vibrant Screen to scale easily without depending on on-premises servers or complex setups.
Streamlined implementation and expert support
The implementation of Log360 Cloud was led by Anand from ManageEngine’s professional services team. While Vibrant Screen’s environment was primarily Linux-based and presented some configuration challenges, the onboarding process was smooth thanks to ManageEngine’s support and technical guidance.
One of the organization's major concerns during deployment was ensuring log could be collected without exposing FTP ports publicly. The team had strict security policies that prohibited open FTP connections. Anand helped design a secure architecture that maintained log integrity while complying with these internal restrictions.

The implementation process also helped the team become familiar with Log360 Cloud’s workflows, especially how to raise incidents, open tickets, and manage alerts effectively.
Outcomes and improvements
After deploying Log360 Cloud, Vibrant Screen gained complete visibility into its server and security logs. The solution’s threat detection, event monitoring, and log analysis features have significantly improved how the organization tracks and responds to security events.
This visibility also helped Vibrant Screen strengthen its compliance posture following the ISO 27001:2022 upgrade. With the platform’s continuous monitoring capabilities, the organization is now able to identify anomalies faster and respond before they turn into critical issues.
When asked about his overall experience, Dhanaraj rated both the onboarding and product experience 10 out of 10, noting that the entire process from setup to daily use was well supported.
Looking ahead
Vibrant Screen plans to continue expanding its use of ManageEngine solutions. The organization's next step is to integrate endpoint management with Log360 Cloud to gain a single-console view of all its devices and security events.
The successful deployment of Log360 Cloud has given Vibrant Screen a strong foundation for this next phase combining proactive threat detection, compliance alignment, and centralized management under one ecosystem.
