The New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) serves as the state's leading public health agency, responsible for maintaining the well-being of residents across public health offices and laboratories.

Business challenges

Before adopting ManageEngine ADManager Plus, NMDOH relied on another product that offered minimal visibility into AD activities. As their AD environment grew, supporting more than 4,000 users, administration became increasingly complex and inefficient.

Toby Martinez, the network administrator of the State of New Mexico Department of Health mentioned:

Manual processes such as onboarding and password resets required scripting, creating dependencies on technical staff. The help desk had no intuitive way to manage basic AD operations without PowerShell. The team needed a centralized, GUI-based solution to simplify AD administration and reduce operational overhead.

Martinez shared:
