The Servers are not operational


This error could be due to any of the following reasons.

  • Domain Controllers are down.
  • Exchange Servers are not available.
  • Firewall has been enabled, and port 389 is closed.
  • The Exchange server is busy.


Exchange Reporter Plus uses port 389 for LDAP connection. If firewall is enabled, ensure that the port 389 is added to the exception list.
