This section is applicable only to the MSP Edition (Central Only).
Rebranding is a process, by which a Product or Service developed with one brand, company, or product line affiliation, is marketed or distributed with a different identity. This involves radical changes to certain product components such as, Images (Header Image, Login image and Favicon), Company Name, Product Name, Copyright Text, etc.
ManageEngine IT360 provides you with an option to re-brand the product, which in turn allows you to customize the product in your own way. The rebranding option is exclusively available with the MSP (Central) edition of IT360.
Rebranding can be acquired at three levels; MSP level, Partner level and Customer level.
MSP level rebranding have default values always.
Partner/Customer level rebranding are optional.

Partners are one level up to the Customers. Partner Customers are created under Partners. You can perform the below set of operations on the customers and partners:

In IT360, rebranding of data can be accomplished at the following three levels:
MSP Level Rebranding:
MSP level rebranding can be done under "Admin → General → Rebranding'. Click here to know more.
Partner level rebranding can be done under "Admin → General → Customer / Partner". Click here to know more.
Once data is updated in Central, the same will be propagated to all the associated Probes of this particular Partner.
Customer level rebranding can be done under "Admin → General → Customer / Partner". Click here to know more.
Once data is updated in Central, the same will be propagated to all the associated Probes of this particular Customer.
Similarly, the Customer level rebranded data (in Central) will be propagated to a Probe, whenever a Site belonging to this Customer is associated with that Probe, if not done already.
If a Direct customer is associated to a Probe, pass the rebrand info of that customer to the Probe.
If a Partner Customer is associated to a Probe, pass the rebrand info, as well as the partnerinfo of that partner to the probe.
This involves creating various users to avail custom rebranding:
Once rebranding is done at any of the three levels, the IT360 webclient can be loaded, based on the level of rebranding / role, as follows:
For a login with any of the following roles: Administrator, Power User, Operator:
For a login with Partner role:
For a login with the Customer role:

If the login Url is given in the lauching url, then the login page is loaded with the rebranded data of the corresponding Customer or the Partner, represented in the login Url.
If the login Url is not given in the lauching url, then the login page is loaded with the MSP-level rebranded data.
In addition to the basic information such as, Devices, Alarms and SLA, the Dashboard of the IT360-MSP webclient shows the following customer/partner-specific information:
Customer / Site Name Column: Customer / Site Name.
- A column, named Partner, which shows:
- The Partner`s Name, if the customer is a Partner Customer.
- The '-' symbol, if the customer is not a Partner Customer.
Note: The above details fit to the Dashboards of both the MSP Central and Probes.
