Deleting Roles through IT360 Monitoring Module

This section is common to all the editions of IT360 - Professional edition, Enterprise Edition [both Central Server and Probes], MSP Edition [Central Server only].

Steps to Delete Roles

  1. Login to IT360 console with the Username and Password of an Admin user.

  2. Click the Admin tab in the header pane.

  3. Click Roles under User Management.

  4. From the wizard displayed, you can delete roles in 2 ways:

    1. Single Role User Deletion: Click on the icon relevant to the Role that you wish to delete.

    2. Bulk Role Deletion : Select the checkbox(es) of the role(s) that you wish to delete and click the Delete Role button.

  5. A confirmation window is displayed. Click OK to delete the selected role(s).
    Note: The default roles cannot be deleted.
